Ortolab AB offers free shipping for orders over 40 EURO from our warehouse in Rundvik, Sweden. We only ship within Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Belgium, Portugal and United Kingdom.


If you wish to return your order, you will receive a full refund for the item. When you claim your right of withdrawal, as the customer, you are expected to cover the return shipping cost. Should you regret your purchase, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Swedish regulations on distance contracts and agreements outside retail stores. The withdrawal period starts from the day you received the item. If you wish to exchange the item for another size or item, you are expected to cover the return shipping cost. Pack the insoles into the original package provided. Seal the package proberly. The item needs to be returned in resalable condition for you to receive full reimbursement. If you are going to return the insoles, attach the return form in the package. We will cover the return cost if you received the wrong product.


We offer credit card payment. Choose between American Express, Mastercard and Visa. Automatically we will refund the money to the account. We use Stripe, which is a technology company that builds economic infrastructure for the internet. Businesses of every size—from new startups to public companies—use there software to accept payments and manage their businesses online. It combines a payments platform with applications that put revenue data at the heart of business operations.


The prices of our services and goods are shown in EURO and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices on the website without prior notice. In the event of obviously incorrect pricing due to technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the customer.


Ortolab normally sends orders within 1-3 days. Items are shipped using PostNord and are normally delivered the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and we do not guarantee that the item will arrive within a specified delivery time as unforeseen delays on our end or due to PostNord can occur. You will be notified of your shipment via text message, and if possible, the item will be delivered to your mailbox, otherwise it will be available for you to claim at the nearest post office or equivalent. Your item will be held for 14 days following delivery. If you fail to pick up your package in time, you will be charged for shipping, return shipping and handling costs, a total of 10 EURO.


When you shop at our website, we store your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address in order to be able to send e-mail receipts, SMS notifications and deliver ordered items. We store this information for 7 years in accordance with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act. You are welcome to contact us at any time to inquire what information we have in our database. Your data is stored in a secure database. Your credit card details are never accessible to us, including when a payment is made through our payment service.
